This course aims at consolidating the basic theory of Biochemistry, training experimental skills, and cultivating the ability of problem solving. We show the whole operation procedures of the biochemical experiments, in-depth interpret the technique difficulties and key details, demonstrate the observation and analysis of experimental phenomena comprehensively. We aim to inspire students to think deeply about the principles and applications of biochemistry and biotechnology.
